• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any company name, website, project details, or other information you choose to include.
• Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog to collect usage data such as pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form and follow up about potential projects.
• To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance.
• To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services to run the Site, each of which processes data on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions.
• PostHog — provides analytics (only if you've accepted analytics cookies), hosted in the EU.

We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained by PostHog according to our account settings, currently up to 1 year.
